Registration procedure:
- filing application for registration of the firm name to the registering authority for initial approval;
- drafting and notarizing memorandum of association;
- remitting the authorized capital to the bank and obtaining the evidencing certificate;
- submitting documents to the competent authority for registration;
- certifying the authorization to use premises issued by the municipality;
- providing constituting documents in the presence of the authorized persons and obtaining the trade licence;
- registering with the respective Chamber of Industry and Commerce and the Emirate;
- registering employees with the Migration Service;
- registering employees with the Department of Labor;
- registering the UAE residents with the pension and social insurance funds.
